I wish it did. The applicator is perfect, it goes on easily, and absorbs quickly. But after a month, I see no difference. My eyebrows are as thin and scraggly as they ever were. The product didn't even darken them like it said it would. I am disappointed, I was really hoping it would work, I was ready to buy another 5 or 6 of them LOL.
