I’m 59 and have been looking for a good, brown, waterproof mascara forever. Keep going back to Definicils because it’s the only formula that does it for me, but it dries out pretty quickly. I got one of these with a monthly subscription box and WOW. The color is rich, the formula is smooth and creamy, and the finish is fluffy and locked in tight. This is sleep-over mascara, girls! (Not that we ever sleep in our mascara…) I also don’t need to curl my lashes with this mascara. I can also wear this in the ocean and come out flawless. Amazing stuff! Sweat-proof, sun-proof, sea-proof, and sex-proof. Bam!
The mascara was simple to use and not clumpy. The product works effectively and gives me beautiful long lashes in an effort manner. I am extremelywith the product!
This is great. I have oily skin and so most mascara really breaks up on me throughout the day, but not this one. And, it actually looks brown! The only thing is, you NEED to get the eyelash remover that this brand also makes or it will be really time consuming to remove at the end of the day!
Best Mascara I have ever used because it does not come off without the oil thingy.Wear it all day in the warm weather and look fabulous!!!The oil thing costs nearly as much as the mascara but both are a decent price.This will always be in my make up bag!!!
So far I'm super happy with this mascara. It's extremely difficult to find a real brown mascara that's also waterproof. "Black-brown" mascaras are way too close to black for me. It's like the cosmetic industry decided that everyone looks great in black or black-ish mascara yet that's really not true for a lot of us. I've read all the comments about this mascara being nearly impossible to remove but I didn't find that to be the case; it comes off with Ponds cold cream. You'll need to rub it in a bit and let it sit for a couple of minutes while you remove the rest of your make-up, but in the end it all comes off. And that was true even when I applied many layers of the mascara. It has great staying power during the day which is perfect for someone like me who has some allergies and therefore deals with watery eyes a lot. If I had any complaint at all with this mascara it would be that I have to apply three or four coats to get any lengthening. It does well with volume, but lash length doesn't happen as easily as it does with a product like Maybelline's Lash Sensational Sky High mascara (which, unfortunately, doesn't offer a brown waterproof version). Nonetheless, I can still get a nice result with an extra layer or two and that's fine for me. I'll be curious to see how long this mascara lasts before it dries out in the tube. Since I'm exposing the tube every time I'm applying one of the three or four layers each day, I think the chance it prematurely dries out is definitely increased. Fingers crossed!
I have supper stubborn lashes that refuse to stay up and have very watery eyes as that too ! But this mascara is the absolute best one ever ! No matter how much you rub or cry it does not come off . It stays all day and the brown is actually brown so it looks very normal and natural . One things is make sure to take the mascara off properly ! I was dumb and did it wrong once and some eyelashes fell out !
Love this mascara, doesn’t flake or streak. Mascara is hard to get off even with remover for waterproof makeup.
