I LOVE this liner.I bought it for brows and then realized how good it could be as eyeliner.I LOVE IT as eyeliner.NO RACCOON EYES!!!I apply it on my lower lid only so I can't say how it performs on the upper lid.I usually prep the area at the base of the lower lashes with some powder applied with a small brush to create a dry/non-greasy surface for the liner.The liner lasts all day and looks natural, since it matches my eyelash color.
