This is exactly what it says. It is waterproof. Brushes on well and there is very little clumping. A metal eyelash comb takes care of any small clumps. The stores never have this color in a waterproof mascara, so I will buy again.
I have sensitive eyes and have to use caution with the products I use. Noxema is the ONLY mascara I can use, and I have tried Clinic, Lancolm and many other higher buck products. I have a itchy reaction to all of them other than this one. I have used it for over 20 years and if they had changed the formula, I would have known it.
My eyelashes are short and thin and I needed something to enhance them when I wear my contacts. This did the job and I am very pleased.
After years of regular mascara, I developed sensitivities and had to switch to Physician's Formula. I used PF for a few years until IT then started to bother my eyes. After reading lots of reviews, I gave Neutrogena a try and it's a winner! Does NOT bother my very sensitive eyes. And it's affordable! Yay!

Using this I find my eyes don't burn all the time...yet it goes on very nicely and stays on a long time without clumping.I won't use any other mascara from now on.
