Love this pencil. Only negative is the brown color is a little lighter and doesn’t show up as a dark brown unless you go over with it a few times
I am SO happy with this product. I have purchased many over the course of the last 4 years. I got an allergic reaction to most eyeliner I was using/trying, but I've always trusted Neutrogena for hypoallergenic needs. This eyeliner didn't disappoint. It screws up for easy application. No sharpening required. It applies smooth as well as light or heavy, depending on your preference.
I've been using this eyeliner pencil for my eyebrows in the spiced chocolate color since high school. It has never let me down (except for when I run out and it's impossible to find in stores!) It seems like Neutrogena has stopped stocking this item as much in places like Target or Walgreens (at least where I live) so I've been getting it here. Product is exactly the same, and lasts me about 2-3 months each at least. Highly recommend!
Probably a psychological effects but the nourishing part has me believing that using it is good for me. But also, the coloring is rich and the pencil goes on soft. Love this!!
