- I rely on this Avon product every day.It goes on easily, and really stays.I tend to apply to the eye, but spread with a cotton swab.Amazingly - i don't get a raccoon-look even on a hot day.Prior to application, i wash face with hair-condition, to remove any oils / moisturizers without drying out skin.I don't have a big budget for fancy lotions / potions / make-up.This is a great choice for the price.
