I have similar kits, and this is better than those. Its always a trick to figure out where the place the stencil, and then of course how to hold the stencil in place, after you even figure out where to put it. Thats no different with this kit and I'm not sure how to solve it. But once I had it in place, the color went on fine and made it easy to figure out where to tweeze around it. I don't use it for every day color or shaping- for me this is for getting the biweekly or monthly shape into it.
