These paints are black light reactive, not glow in the dark. They go on a bit thin, so you might need to let it dry then give your design another layer.
The media could not be loaded. I bought this product for my daughter’s Birthday Party. It was Great! I decided on this product because it’s sensitive on skin. It Glowed great on all skin tones! (Coming from a person of color) It showed up great when first applied, and came to life when the Black Light was added. It was easy to apply and the stencils were good. Washed off face and surface with soap & water. The girls loved it! I would recommend this product.
