This is the second time I've bought this eyeliner because I absolutely loved it the first time, but when I received my most recent order, the eyeliner that I got, is all dried up and I can't use it. I would really like to have this replaced please! I'm including a picture that shows where I tried drawing a line on a piece of paper and the eyeliner is just too dry to even leave a mark*I just wanted to add that after leaving this review, my eyeliner was promptly replaced.
