I love this eyeliner. It stays put, applies smoothly, and is so opaque until you blend it out if you choose to!
WOW!Talk about Long Lasting, Smudge-proof, and Waterproof.None of what I expected from a pencil liner, but this gel pencil liner delivers with an extra punch!Pretty much the only way to remove it is with an oil-based cleaner, so make sure you have that at home, or at best you'll have raccoon eyes for two days.That being said, yes, I definitely recommend this eyeliner.I have found this brand in general to make really good products.
Goes on smoothly and and you can smudge it a bit - that makes it nice if you don’t want a harsh line. I didn’t use this on my water line so I can’t speak to how it does there. Good product .
I bought this pencil to create a smokey eye look, the pencil does exactly what it needed to do. Very black and easy to use . Would recommend.
It's a good gel eyeliner and for the price makes it better. Didn't stay put as well as others but it did the job. It's a good black color. It's a good buy
