I put this on my lower lid waterline. It goes on easily, lasts about 5-6 hours and makes the whites of my eyes look whiter and brighter.
Love the color - it also helps soften my darker eyeliners when I need a slightly darker look.
Eye Liner, Easy to go on. No problems to get off. I can easily use a warm cloth with just water & it comes right off.
