butter LONDON WINK Eye Pencil - REVIEW
- I wish they continued making them in purple/violet tones. This is my 3rd purchase of this eyeliner - does not smudge and stays on all day. Also the color is vivid and underlines my brown eyes beautifully

- Best waterproof eyeliner IMO, ever!!! There’s a reason “butter” is in the name. It glides on BETTER than any other I’ve ever used. Works very well for those of us MATURE women! 🤣😊
