My tube seemed a little dry, and the brush is pretty small. Good formula though, and love that it is vegan.
This Elf Waterproof Mascara stays in place when outside in the heat and humidity.The brush is small and covers lashes easily.The mascara starts to get gummy after a month, but with the price it isn't a bad investment as it's better to replace mascara often.
Pretty good mascara, it goes on well and holds up and cleans up easily.It's priced reasonably. I buy it also because ELF does not test on animals. The company has never conducted, commissioned, or paid for tests on animals anywhere in the world, which means the company does not add to the suffering and abuse of animals. They do not use any animal products in the manufacture of their products.
