  • I have been looking for a pencil liner that does not smudge or transfer throughout the day. I’ve bought several pencil liners because I’ve read reviews saying that they were transfer/water proof. After purchasing those liners, I was disappointed to see that there would still be melted eyeliner all over my bottom eyelids. I came across a YouTube video comparing pencil liners, and this liner performed the best out of all the tests the YouTuber did. That convinced me to buy one of these on Amazon, and I’m proud to say that this liner is the best I have ever tried. After having it on for 12 hours, it is still perfectly intact, and my bottom eyelids are eyeliner free. You should get an oil cleanser to remove it because of how well these stay on. I 100% recommend them!
