Some pencils are too hard and pull on your lids when trying to apply. Some are too greasy for the face. I have this brand in black and find it is just right and easy to apply. Ann Blood
I use it as a lip liner and it works great and I get a lot of compliments on it.

I use as a liner under my eyes. It's subtle up close but shows in a mirror farther away. Lasts a long time and easy to sharpen. I have no sensitivity issues with this product. Price is good too!
