I loved that this eye line did not bleed under my eye. It would however disappear and needed to be reapplied.
I use blue eyeliner every day and this has become my new favorite. I get compliments on it daily. I use a primer and it doesn’t smudge whatsoever. It glides right into place with one swipe. The color is vibrant and pretty. I have on the royal blue shimmer. For the price and made in the USA, it’s a win win for me!
