I loved how this product performs, but the cap would not stay on and it dried out.
I got a color which is too dark for me, so that’s my fault. The lines end up being too thick, though they are probably fine from a distance, i.e. not staring into a mirror. I’ve started using a mascara wand type that works better as long as I use it in the actual eyebrow. Otherwise I end up with a line of dots near my eyebrow. This pen does give you good control, but sometimes it blobs out.
I was hesitant to purchase this product since the price was very affordable. I am so glad I did, as it is so easy to use and my eyebrows look so natural. I will definitely purchase again!

I decided to try this eyebrow pen to get a more natural effect on my brows. I am 76 and for quite a few years, I have used a compressed powder applied with a small brush. I have medium to dark brown hair, and decided to try the dark brown color. For me, this color was much too dark and looked very unnatural. Really, the whole idea of wearing any kind of makeup is to enhance your natural colors and not to overwhelm them. For this reason, I decided to order the light brown color to try which I have not yet received. The light brown color is more of a medium brown that I like much better.As for application, it can take some practice and is not as easy as some make it sound. Although it may be easy to get nice wispy brow lines drawn on your arm, it's not quite so easy to get them on your face. For the best application, you need to apply with light strokes. If you press too hard, you get a solid fill and not brow-like lines.On the plus side, the brows you create do last and don't rub off once they have dried. Since I don't use a makeup remover, I was concerned that the brows wouldn't wash off, but they do. I used a facial cleanser and they washed off completely.I recommend this microblading pen if you have the patience to learn how to use it and can find a color that works for you. I have now used this eyebrow pencil a few time, and can make my eyebrows uniform. I do have eyebrows, but with age, now 76 years old, they have thinned. I also bought an eyebrow stamp/stencil kit that easily creates uniform eyebrows, but it totally fills in the brow. Although I also like the eyebrow stamp, I think this eyebrow microblading pen creates more natural looking brows once you get used to using it. The whole idea is to make light strokes in the direction of the brow growth. By doing this, you can create natural looking brows that don't look like they were filled in with pencil. At this point, I would recommend this eyebrow microblading pen.I hope this review was helpful for you. I will update this review if my opinion changes.
