Item is soft which is good and bad. That being said this was the first time I've ordered this product. SOOOOO I'm learning how to use it.
I went to a whole concert with this eyeliner on - it went on really smooth, stayed on the whole night (despite all the sweating), and I was able to sharpen the pencil after using it a bit more later on so it worked like new each time. Highly recommend!!
