I have tried countless eyeliner pencils advertised as waterproof. Most of them feel dry, are not easy to apply because they are so dry and they are not even waterproof. This eyeliner is so soft and smooth and so easy to apply, I could hardly believe it.It is truly waterproof. It was underwater in the pool (no goggles) for hours and still looked amazing. The metallic shine is gorgeous. Now that I know what a great product this is, I am getting more shades.Can't beat the price either. Highly recommend.
This eyeliner applies quite smoothly and lasts for more than 16 hours a day, no matter how much I sweat!
I really like how smooth this goes on. I use it on my water line.
