I'm in love with these.No glitter though but the blues I've used so farStaying power and vibrant ...definately waterproof..great value for products
They all swatch nicely but it's a little harder to apply to the eye. They last a few short hours so you'll need to reapply. In the third pic, I rubbed my thumb down my arm once after 20 minutes after the application. They do seem to be waterproof. In the last pic, I applied water and rubbed it all down and that's what remained.
