Almost waterproof, but leaky eyes will cause it to run. I love the way it goes on so easily.& I’m 72 & not so sure handed as befo I’ll buy
A good alternative to expensive eyeliner. I can work through a hot shift just fine with it on, doesn’t smudge or fall onto my bottom eye and it’s a nice deep black. True to its color and job!!! I recommend, wonderful purchase
