The product works for me.I have sensitive eyes and skin and wear contact lenses. The black/brown color is more natural looking than black, another plus.

I keep reordering this one because it’s non-irritating (at least to me), goes on beautifully with its large brush, and is easy to remove. As long as it’s available here, I’ll continue to purchase it.

I have tried so many mascaras.This is the only one I have found that does not flake.It does smear some if I do not put powder on but it is a great mascara for sensitive, dry eyes.It does not clump either.
Neutrogena eye mascara is wonderful!Easy to apply. Stays where it belongs and easy to remove with makeup remover wipes.
Since I don't like waterproof mascara this Neutrogena mascara is great.It has a fat thick brush that doesn't glob on the mascara and it is easy to come off.I am so glad I can reorder it on Amazon and the price is great too.
Ordered this for my mother as she couldn’t get out during covid due to chronic health issues. She LOVES this mascara and can’t always find it in stores. The volume is just what she wants and the brown/black is the perfect color. Also, the brush type is the non-rubber type perfect for her sensitivities (newer rubber type brush heads make her eyelids swell- ouch)!
I've been dreading purchasing mascara lately since I seem to always get clumpy not great mascara.I can honestly say this mascara is the BEST.It has a full brush that doesn't leave clumps of mascara and it brushes the mascara evenly over the lashes. What a great deal also getting two in the shipment.I am definitely a fan of Neutrogena's mascara and will be buying again after my supply is finished.
