Granted, I didn't rub my eyes or anything, but after applying the liner and waiting for it to dry, I hopped into a shower to test it out. Came out of the shower without any liner on/around my eyes, very minimal flaking (Would be very easy to touch up or conceal outright with eyeshadow), and no difference in the strength of the line away from the edges.My *only* complaint is that the applicator brush it comes with is way too clunky and thick, and not tapered nearly enough to give a thin/tapered line. This however, is easily fixed, if you have the non-waterproof version with a far more tapered brush. Simply take out the much more slender/tapered non-waterproof liner top and give it a brief wash, then put it onto the waterproof liner. Shake it up, and voila, you have the best product with the best applicator (The tops fit perfectly as they are the exact same size so you don't have to worry about air getting in or anything like that).Frankly I don't know how I lived without waterproof liner in such a humid climate for so long.
I have been using this same eyeliner since I was 14, the brush is stiff for the wing/cat eye. The only problem I have with this eyeliner is the heat. When it’s humid or hot out the eyeliner will start to run and get smudgy.
This product gives you a smooth line and seems to be waterproof. It was more of a black than brown. But I would buy it again.

They can't ever stop making this. I don't care if they raise the price to Dior levels, this is what I need.I don't have eyelashes (I have trichotillomania) and hooded eyes so almost all eyeliner eventually transfers and isn't intense enough to look natural without putting on fake eyelashes. This does the job and the liner brush is stiff, but works. If it was longer or softer it wouldn't do the job. It also doesn't sting my eyes or hurt t them or my skin, either.I love love love this product!
