This is my new favorite. The navy blue is dark but not harsh and it lasts. Very creamy and pigmented

You have to tap it tip down with the cap on and more comes out. Its a pretty gold but unless you put it on super thick you cant really see it.
It can smudge, need to make sure you apply and wait to set. Lovely colors, bought more that one
I hesitated to review as I've only used it once, but I am amazed so far! Even perspiring in summer heat, taking a shower and overnight it has stayed on and not smudged. Certainly promising!
This eyeliner stays where it is placed for the most part.But having to sharpen it for each use is kind of a pain.Wish it came in an automatic pencil form.
Glides on perfect and Navy Blue is the best and doesn’t rub off. Buy it!!!!!!
I’ve bought this like a dozentimes it’s one of my favorites but twice it hasn’t worked and it’s confusing like this last one it was like trying to rub plastic on my eyes and it left no color and I’m just using old ones that are almost gone, weird but usually it’s one of my go to and I’ve tried a lot of eyeliners
