The is the best mascara. I will forever repurchase. It’s nice and dark, leaves my lashes long and full.
This mascara came very highly recommended here and on social media.It's got a nice feel to it and the wand is more of an old school wand. Not like the mascara wands used in so many today that are like little rubber teeth.This goes on nice and thick (which is what I wanted) no odd smudging and came off beautifully with a makeup remover cloth.Would absolutely recommend.
As you can tell in the photos, one coat did wonders for the length of my lashes.. I did apply a second coat and I was happy with the length. I feel like the mascara itself is old, it was on the dry side like an old tube. Not sure. It did smudge slightly at gym.
I’ve been using expensive mascara for years and decided to try this. It compared to Lancôme if not better. It separates and lengthens your lashes. Definitely recommend!
Super buildable, very little flaking, comes off easy with soap and water {I use baby wash to remove} I like combining this with my Buxom lash to add more volume. It will clump if you wait too long to apply coats. It does dry a little fast...but fun professional makeup tip...add 2 or 3 drops of your favorite eye drops {I use systane rewetting drops} and use the wand to mix. You're welcome.
I have very short skimpy lashes. This makes them pop! I hate the clumpy volume that a lot of mascaras give-- this doesn't do that. And the length is great.The more you layer, the longer it gets. Only complaint is that it seems to get clumpier quicker than other mascaras. But I should be changing it more often anyway...
I've tried other varieties of Essence Mascaras including the famous Lash Princess line....none worked for me. Up until trying Essence's Volume Stylist, Maybelline's Sky High Waterproof was the best I could find...but I didn't really like the silicone brush, and how it looked on my lower lashes. Volume Stylist separates, curls, doesn't clump,and most importantly, doesn't smear, run, or smudge under your eyes...and it's not even labeled as "waterproof."If you've struggled in your search, try this and you, too, might feel you've finally found your "Holy Grail" mascara!
wonderful price point and my favorite mascara! I’ve bought now 3 bottles of this mascara and it’s become my staple mascara. Holds a nice curl all day, doesn’t flake or smudge, super easy to remove at the end of the day, also doesnt run during a little crying sesh. buy it girl, it’s worth it!
I love their primer so thought this might be as good. It is okay. It gives you length but not really any volume.
For this price I think this is the best I've tried. I would say comparable to any higher brands, but why would you buy a 20$ máscara when this one performs the same way for 1/4 the price and same results.
I do enjoy this mascara brand, I've never tried the fiber mascara, I like it but not LOVE it, if your in a "I gotta get my face on quick" jam, give this a swipe or 2 n its good to go. In the photos there's a little bit on my eyelid,I tried to remove it with a moist qtip, n it didn't come off, so that feels me it has staying power.I'll update my "ALL DAY" rating later!
I purchased this mascara because my favorite beauty blogger raved over it. I tried it and felt it did not give me any volume. In addition, I had to layer on almost 4 coats to see a noticeable difference in my lashes.
This is the best mascara I've tried. It's very black and makes my lashes look so long. Can't beat it for the price!
As nice as any expensive mascara I have ever bought. Reminds me a lot of Makeup Forever’s Smoky Lash only less dry and clumpy. It builds nicely without giving you spider lashes.
I love love this mascara!!I use it with the primer and it is just as good as the high end mascaras
