This is my favorite eyeliner! I use it everyday. It's a soft pencil and smudges and blends well without a primer which is how I use it. I would say its water resistant and requires a makeup remover to take it off completely.
I wear minimal eye make-up, but I love the color of this eye pencil and it goes on very smoothly and easily.
I Love it!I never bought it from the store, so I've been searching for blue. I can't remember the last one I bought, the tip was hard plastic & scraped under my eye!something was wrong with that!this I like to just line my bottom eye with this color. I useneutral colors & the blue just gives my eyes a pop!
