I am 76 years old and don't use makeup other than for my eyes. I have been using this eyeliner for as long as I can remember. I use it primarily for the lower eyelid, but it also works well for the upper eyelid. The only downside of this eyeliner is that you need to be careful not to make the tip too long as it breaks off easily.
