I purchased a cylon or an have for a long time. I actually just have it sent to me every other month so I don’t run and supplies. Where are you? Affordable and fast shipping
It is really getting hard to find this eyeliner in stores anymore. I am pleased to not have to try and find at different stores for awhile. I do not understand why Cover Girl would not keep this in stock at stores.
It goes on the waterline very easily which is what I wanted.It does smudge not sure if it because I have rubbed my eye or if because my eye waters on occasion (not from the eyeliner).I really like the charcoal with blue eyes.
It is the only eye line I can use with out smudging but the tip just broke & you can't sharpen it! Maybe Sandpaper will work like I do with my artist's pencils...
This eyeliner is a great value. It is easy to apply and does not smudge.
I always have a problem with my liner smudging and running. NOT with this brand. I am very pleased. Will purchase again.
