I’ve been using this eyebrow pencil from Elf for years. I love the price, and it’s good quality for what you get.
If you want light black brown brows that don’t look super fake this is a good choice.It’s my favorite, and I’m super picky.Great value.I’ve tried expensive products and was disappointed.They often went on too heavy or I couldn’t get a clean line using them.Staying power with this one is good, too.I love it!
