Goes on very easy. Glides very smoothly. And is waterproof. Doesn't come off even when you sweat. Love the color.
I haven’t had very good luck with eyeliners lately. My favorite eyeliner was the Palladio eye ink which has been very hard to find. I have tried other liquid liners that did not contain a lot of harmful ingredients, but they all ended up transferring to my lower lid.The good reviews of this liner (julep) made me decide to give it a try. I still do get some transfer, but it’s tolerable if I don’t draw a wing. I think I get this issue because my eyelashes are straight.
