Kokie Precise Longwear Liquid Eyeliner, Waterproof, Smudge Proof - REVIEW

I got this originally in an IPSY bag and loved it.It the perfect shade. The felt tip is smaller so you have more precision. It's waterproof which normally I don't buy but it stays allll day in the heat and it's not difficult to remove. Best deal because it's cheaper than buying a felt tip eyeliner at the store.
I have purchased sooo many in this price range and this is one of my absolute favorites. Dries down similar to waterproof mascara in the way of being slightly tight when drying down.
Goes on easy. Lasts all day even after the gym. Doesn't smear or "melt" on hot days.
There is no better liquid eyeliner for the price. Is difficult to remove so take that as you will.
