I really liked the colors in the photo, decided to read the reviews and figured what the hell, is only 15 bucks.The colors are gorgeous. The makeup goes on so smoothly. I swear, it's like having a very high dollar palette.I'm going to be ordering another one for my daughter and a different color set for myself.If you are on the fence, seriously, just buy it.
I use this pallete the most of all the palletes I own - the colors are beautiful and buildable and have lots of variety.
I like Milani products in general but at the same time I wasn't sure what to expect regarding their eyeshadows.This little pallet is very versatile. Even though some shades look close to each other in color, they provide different looks on the eye AND they do last all day.To me, that was the hook- if a shadow has good color payoff and lasts, I buy it.I own high end, Pat McGrath stuff to mid-point Jeffree Star eyeshadows and I have also used knockoff low end and this holds its own.Worth the price for what you get- pretty colors and last the day.
recently discovered Milani shadows and became so obsessed that i purchased each individual larger palettes that was available.many metallic shades along with some basic mattes allowing for easy build up to create unique vibrant looks. don't consider myself a pro by any means but these are easy to build, layer, and shade. decent vibrancy, nice deep shades. recommend using primer to get better depth. the glitters are pretty sheer when applied alone so are much better when built up over a matte base of similar color. there is a bit of fallout(kickback) so be prepared to do a little clean up after. i do think pricing is a little high considering paying same pricing or lesss in stores and so many other as good of quality palettes on market. lastly stay power: rate this very high actually. again i DO use a primer butit last for a 10 hour work shift in physically demanding job in a either super hot or freezing cold warehouse. even after coming home, going to sleep, waking back up, the colors look as if just applied for most part. overall i do recommend.
