I can't actually say this is waterproof....or that it's not.It does last longer than any of my other eyebrow pencils.I never used eyebrow pencils much before...didn't need too....until I got cancer and was put on cancer meds which started making me lose hair.So far this is the best brand....very close to my natural color (reddish brown) and looks so natural and stays on for a long time.I don't feel self conscious going out now which also helps emotionally...and any positive thing emotionally, helps healing too.
