Super pigmented and smooth, and doesn't clump. I just draw stuff on my arm with them and to make them last a few weeks even with showering I just put setting powder and setting spray on them.
The black and the blue stay on the skin. But the white, on the other hand, comes off VERY easily. I'm assuming this is because the ink is more like paint. But overall, great markers!
For Triathlon and swim meet body marking that shows up on Black skin tones, we found the “Colts” NFL Bic Body Mark pens show up on darker skin.In the past, we have tried traditional common permanent black markers in the past and they just don't work. On Black skin, the black ink didn't show up with enough contrast, and they wash and wear off before a swim meet or triathlon competition ends.These Bic Bodymark Markers in the black, blue, and white show up nicely. The white shows up the best for his name so that other parents helping to corral the kids can easily read his name and age bracket.These do wash off with a washcloth and warm soapy water so that he doesn’t have to wear his competition marking remnants for the next three days.We did get a different team set of colors that has yellow in it, and the yellow did not show up at all on his skin tone.But the Colts blue, black and white showed up nicely. We have no ties to Indianapolis and the Colts, so we threw away the template that came with the markers. It also helped that that particular team name was one of the least expensive on the list of the NFL teams. Bonus.Happy swimming and happy triathloning.
I love playing around with these esp for new tattoo ideas. It def beats the old school sharpie days where you know what you are using isn't good for you and bleeds. I find these last depending on where you place them, and they do not tend to bleed at all. I can draw decently fine lines with it or use broad strokes for different effects. I do wish they blended better but again, I just kinda play around with them and like that I can change things up. I also have no issues letting my kiddo have at with them as well.
