I'm an oily lid girl (oily in general actually) and my eyeshadow does not budge when I use this. I know this was meant for glitter, so I figure if it'll hold glitter it'll hold to my skin. No creasing, my eyeshadow is still pretty bold by the end of the day and there's no layering upon layering to get to the color I want. This beats a ton of the other more expensive brands I've used, and I'll never use anything else.
This is a product I always have on hand. I use it for every shimmer eyeshadow and makes them show up better and stay all day.
I love love love this for looser shadows and loose glitter. Significantly limits/eliminates the under eye glitter drops!
