This works for me as mascara and gives a nice blue color to my eyelashes when I want that effect.It applies easily and stays well.

I love this eyebrow gel. I have dark brown eyebrows and the blue color still showed up very well on me. It is very pigmented which is great for those of use that have dark brows. It also holds my brows very well so they don't move around or get messed up throughout the day.
