Physicians Formula Murumuru Butter Eyeshadow Palette, Dermatologist Approved, Sultry Nights - REVIEW

I love Physicians Formula eyeshadow! Unfortunately the product arrived damaged and unusable. I should have listened to the other reviews. :(
I have other eyeshadows from Physicans Formula and love them all. I couldn’t decide which palette I wanted so I ordered both Sultry Nights and Tropical Days. Both arrived on the same day but separately. Tropical Days arrived in perfect condition, however, Sultry Nights arrived with one of the shades completely smashed. I had eyeshadow powder everywhere. This product is not eligible for return so I initiated a chat with an agent. Amazon quickly issued a refund for the product without needing to return. I may still try to use whatever colors can be saved from under the layer of broken product. The colors I have used so far from the Tropical Days palette are very nice and I would definitely reorder.
This pallet is the best colors, long lasting and gorgeous! I use it everyday. It's my staple pallet for sure. I never don't have it. Very nice, especially for the price. Luxury makeup at bottom dollar price!
