The lines are not very noticeable. It’s like the pen is mostly dry. I like that I can practice using it without making a mess, but I have to go over it with something else when I’m done which kind of defeats the purpose of it.***UPDATE**** They apologized and explained for the incident plus gave me a refund. I have been usingthis Tattoo eye pencil for a long time. Of all the others I have tried,this one last the longest and gives my brows the most natural fill in. It has several brow like hairs and works well, as my own brows are thinning and need a good filler.
