I’m not sure if it’s been used before or not. The inside of the top looks like it’s been written on with the colors of each pen. Pictures above. So I’m not sure if I will be returning this or keeping. I love all the different colors. Just not sure.
I love all of the various colors. They go on smooth. I don’t like my skin that happens to be oily so with that said the colors run. But the pencil is so good that even after you clean up there’s always more which is a plus for me so I don’t have to reapply.
These are bold n beautiful colors. No 2 the same. Light colrs, dark colors. Just fabulous!! LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!
