I am on a quest for perfect eyebrows. This product is almost good enough to help me on that quest, but the brushes are it’s downfall.The spoolie and angled brush are both too soft. Because of that, it’s hard to deposit the product in areas without a lot of hair. I switched out the spoolie for a firmer and larger one I already owned, which helped. The product itself is great, but when used with the application tools provided, it’s like me inlike me in middle school: not living up to its potential.
I have added color to my hair for years so why not my brows and lashes. The lower lashes were a little bit tricky but that is me not the product. Comes with everything you need. I used some plastic gloves, like food handler ones, just to be safe and not tint my hands too. The instructions are very useful and you can adjust the tint based on how much white you mix in if you want a lighter or darker brown.
I mainly brought them for my eyebrows and they worked well. Instructions are all included and very easy to read and follow. I have never done this before and was able to easily glide through it. I only did my eyebrows and they became a good brown color. Very easy and didn't take more than 20 minutes after application.
I ordered the iMethod Eyelash and Eyebrow Tint Kit to darken my 53 year old brows. The kit is easy to use but the tint didn't get as dark ask I wanted it to after 20 minutes. The eyelash tint also did not get as dark as I needed it to. This kit would work best for someone who needs a light brown eyebrow or lash tint.
I've tried a couple of other eyebrow and eyelash tint kits, and this one is my favorite so far. It comes with everything you need for tinting. The dye is mixed using a 1:1 ratio with the developer. The developer and dye come in a pump container, so measuring the ratio by how many pumps is easy. The pump container also makes it easy to store for the next use by simply placing the lids back on. Cleaning the flat tray used to mix the developer and dye is easy. The set comes with a brush to apply the brow tint and two applicators for the eyelash tint. It also comes with eye patches to protect the skin underneath the eyes. I ordered the set of brown and black dye. I'm happy with the results. I packed everything back in the original box, so it's ready to use next time.
The spoolie is used everyday to brush eyebrows and to remove mascara clumps from my eyelashes.The brushes are not too stiff and applies a thin line for my eyes.These work great and would buy again if needed.Price seems a little high for what I've bought previously but the tools work great.
This is a nice package of activator & dye, with spoolies and brushes and a mixing palette. My daughter did not need for brows just lashes. Easy to apply. This is a dye / stain without any build up. If you have light / blonde lashes definitely would work better. We have brown lashes so the difference is more subtle. First photo is before and second is after. It did work well and did what it said, think it would be more dramatic result on brows.
I’ve never used brow/lash tint before so I was a little hesitant to use this but it was way easier than I thought! It said to leave on for 15-20 minutes and I only left it on for 5-7 as I was nervous how it’d turn out. It turned out fine but didn’t make them as dark as I thought so I’ll leave it on for the full 20 minutes next time. I didn’t really notice a difference on my lashes but saw a slight change on the brows (don’t judge…I have awful 90s brows!). Eager to try this again soon and see how it turns out!
