Color was important for me. The charcoal is a nice soft blackish gray. It works well
This is super easy to apply, soft and natural looking. Will definitely order it again.
I purchased the auburn. Fills brows easily, for a polished look, without the waxy appearance of many pencils. Only downside is the applicator brush. The brush is acceptable, but could be thinner for better precision. That aside, the product itself is excellent and a perfect color match.
Works great color is as advertised, just find it a little speedy for the size.
