Anastasia Beverly Hills - Pro Pencil - Base 1 - REVIEW

I’ve been searching and trying different brow highlighter and wasn’t happy with any of them. Most are shiny/shimmery . If you’re looking for a natural look - this is the highlighter- Base 1 . It goes on smooth. Looks incredibly naturally. Its a matte nude color but still leaves a pop . Need to blend with small eyeliner smudge/ brow brush or use your index finger. I like using a brush . Highly recommend Base 1 .
Easy to apply and it doesn't get cakey unlike the other products I have used in the past.
Not sure why fragile item such as this is shipped in thin envelope. Smashed tip on pencil
