Great customer service! ....and no more hard crunchy lashes!I'm a fan :)Now that I've been using this for a while --- I'm even more of a fan .My lashes are no longer clumped together - orbrittle . It doesn't migrateunder my bottom lid - even after sleeping . It's a keeper.
It was so light, it barely seemed like I had black mascara on. Maybe it was just a bad batch. 🤷🏼‍♀️It did have a natural look though.
This is the best mascara.It goes on smooth, does not smear, and stays on well.Easy to remove.
I’m a mature older woman and my lashes have thinned out over the years plus I have spent too much money trying to find a mascara that didn’t clump on my lashes. This one is truly hypoallergenic and doesn't clump!! Would recommend to seniors with fine lashes.
This is the best mascara I have ever used! It goes on smoothly, stays on all day and is easy to remove at the end of the day.If you want to add a second coat, there is no clumping or mess of any kind.I would recommend this to anyone.

As I’ve gotten older my eyelashes have “disappeared”. I tried other maracas but they were heavy & clumping. This one is perfect. Light but great cover. Now I can see my eyelashes again. (I just turned 75)
My first experience with non waterproof mascara. It comes off so easy! Does not smudge. I won't go back to waterproof.

I have tried dozens of masceras and never found what I want, but this is it.Creamy, not clumpy; washes off easily; doesn't run into my eyes; and the brush creatively has short brisles on one side for your lower lashes and longer bristles on the other side for your upper lashes.Also like the flexible tube that lets you get all the product out.Well thought through.I'm reordering.
