This color and the matte finish is exactly what I wanted! It goes on nicely, and doesn't migrate into the creases.
Especially at this price I feel like I really took a risk with no skin/color swatch images here/online anywhere to get a better idea of the real color.Studio images of the eyeshadow are not helpful.Sadly, there aren't much choices when it comes to talc free and sensitive skin.Photo with darker color:The espresso color is a matte dark brown/gray --- exactly what I hoped for.Pure black is too costumey for me, I prefer to leaven it with some shades of gray and brown.Photo with lighter color:The twig color is a matte light brown mauve --- also exactly what I hoped for.It can be lighter or darker depending how much you layer on.Really lucked out this time.Attempted to include color swatch photos that may help others.Even if my skin tone differs you can get a general idea if this may be what you are looking for.
