If you’re tired of having raccoon eyes and trying everything to remove really any type of eye makeup, get this product. Most of the time it takes about 95% of eye makeup off when used with micellar water to follow. It causes no irritation for me personally, but I would spot test before applying to your eye of course. I’ve never had anything like it and it does the job better than any makeup remover I’ve ever owned.

This is a game changer and I immediately knew this was going to be a must have after the first use. I was blown away by how effectively this removes waterproof mascara. I have straight lashes that point down, so I curl them and always have to wear waterproof mascara to hold the curl. I have tried so many makeup removers, cleansing balms, cleansing oils that claim to remove waterproof makeup. All of them still require so much rubbing and end up irritating my eyes. THIS STUFF ACTUALLY WORKS! I swipe this through my eyelashes a couple of times and let it sit for just a few seconds. Then I take my cleansing oil to remove my whole face of makeup while this is still on my lashes and you can immediately feel it breakdown the mascara. It does not irritate my eyes or make my vision blurry like cleansing balms do. My only concern is that this is not the most sanitary, so I have been wiping off the wand after each use with a clean reusable cotton pad. Finally, no more struggling to remove makeup.

If you have lashes that point downward and need a force of power to hold them curled and up all day into the night, use heroine make kiss me waterproof volume and curl mascara. This actually takes off tough theatrical mascara so SO very easily. I wish I had regular makeup remover that was as easy and effective.
I don't know why I didn't know about this earlier, but this makes removing mascara so much easier. Leaves my lashes clean and keeps my lashes from falling off when removing makeup because you barely need to rub.

This waterproof mascara remover is thebest! I like how easy it is to apply and let it set on the lashes. I always hate the pulling of eye skin when removing mascara with a cloth or cotton pad. Apply, let it set, gently wipe off. Will buy again!!!
I love the fact that it lives up to its name!!! It’s easy to remove any mascara and no lashes fall off. In just 10 seconds the mascara starts to come off with water. Love it!!!
So I’ve only tested it once so far, I used it just plain and wiped it off with a tissue to see if it would be effective in a pinch, but it doesn’t really work like that ( and not intended too either). I also tried it as instructed, adding onto my lashes and then mixing/ using a cleanser with it. I tried one eye with an oil cleanser and one with a regular and both worked just fine, got all of my mascara off with no issue.I use Clio’s Killer Lash which is a pain to get off and in the past I would sometimes have to wash my eye area 2-3 times to get it off so this is a fantastic find so save both my eyes from all the rubbing and product from overuse.So my one caveat is that I got this in my eye when testing it, it’s really goopy and so it’s hard to restrict how much you’re going to put on your lashes. It burns, really bad, however after washing my eye for 5-10 minutes my eye was surprisingly not red or irritated, but it was still such a surprise with how much it hurt.My rating it like a 4.7/5I will definitely be purchasing this again when it runs out too!
This mascara remover works perfectly and gets all my mascara off every time. For best results, let the product sit on your lashes for about a minute before wiping off. Works on waterproof as well.
I got this due to the waterproof mascara this brand sells and it’s a blessing. Melts it right off my lashes, I highly reccomend this if you use their mascara or have trouble with removing waterproof eye makeup!

This product has been a lifesaver. My eyes are naturally very watery, so if I want to have anything other than mascara-made dark circles, I have to use waterproof mascara. Only downside is that it is impossible to remove without ripping all of my eyelashes out. Until this remover, that is.It takes a while to figure out the best method of applying the oil, but once I got it down, it only takes seconds to work.I pair it with a regular oil cleanser afterwards and it is a dream.
This removes even waterproof mascara in a way that is both effective AND gentle. I have been frustrated with other products claiming to do the same thing but turning out to be neither gentle nor even very effective, but this is the real deal.I’m so pleased to have learned about this product and will use it as long as I can get my hands on it!
Let me first say this stuff works A promised. It helps to remove mascara without tugging on lashes. I apply while wishing my face, let it sit a minute or 2 then remove. What I would also like to mention is I find it useful as a mistake Corrector or lash refresher. It's pretty handy to smooth out clumps or flakes on lashes. I am not thrilled with the wand, but that's nothing a disposable wand cannot fix.

Takes off the mascara so easily and gently. makes me less nervous i’m tearing out my eyelashes. Although I wish it wasn’t necessary to purchase this along with the mascara i do believe you can’t have one without the other. I will still buy it though because the mascara is so good it’s worth it.
Years of accidentally pulling out my lashes and trying desperately to get mascara off without causing my eyes to look irritated and swollen wasted. I was using shiseido soft cotton wipes with Clinique eye makeup remover but I can toss those now.This is amaaaazzzzzing. Some people waited 30 minutes but I only waited one minute and it worked perfectly. I had super waterproof mascara on, but my regular face wash (Tatcha Rice water rinse whatever) worked after applying this product. I cannot believe it. I used to be wary of wearing mascara when I didn't feel it was necessary because I didn't want to rip out my lashes later. I will now wear mascara daily BECAUSE I CAN 🥹
I switched foundations recently because I was tired of the matte foundation that dried out my face. However dewy foundation made it super hard to wear mascara that wasn’t waterproof. So, I had to switch to using waterproof mascara. The only problem is that waterproof mascara rips out my eyelashes because of how waterproof it is. I feel like it could stay on for days which leaves you looking like a raccoon! Anyways, this stuff it a lifesaver. Say goodbye to constant scrubbing and plucking at your eyes and lashes. This applicator alone deserves 5 stars… the solution inside melts off waterproof mascara and the applicator makes it easy enough to slides built up mascara off your lashes. You have to let the solution sit for a few seconds, but this stuff works like magic. Worth every penny! Will be back for more.
I was one of those people who’s hate for removing mascara outweighed my love for how it looks on me. I even used false magnetic lashes for years because I hated removing my mascara that much. Oil/ Balm cleansers were a game changer but this product has been a godsend. I have already purchased two more for backups because I simply will never be without this again. I am also gifting this to all my loved ones because its just that good. Doesn’t sting the eyes and removes even the most water proof, difficult to remove mascara with ease. It also removes eye makeup without the need for pulling or rubbing which saves my lashes. My eyes are extremely sensitive and this doesn't cause any dryness or irritation for me. It also hasn’t worsened my milia. It’s such a simple but effective product I don't see why more people aren’t talking about it or why this isn't more mainstream.

I was skeptical because I have always struggled with removing waterproof mascara 100% on the first wash/wipe. I applied it to both my lashes and then immediately washed my face with my normal cleanser and I felt nothing on my lashes!… Like I never applied anything to them. I am amazed and in shock still from this magical formula and invention! Best creation ever!

I use the mascaras that are kind of known for being difficult to remove (Clio Kill Lash, Etude curl and fix, and heroine kissme) and this gets rid of all of them easily. I coat my top and bottom lashes with it and let it sit while I use a cleansing oil on the rest of my face and then I take the cleansing oil with the remover and it takes it all off perfectly.
Love this to remove that tough as nails mascara.I tried removing it with Albolene Moisturing Cleanser which is basically vasoline with cleanser in it.It did not budge!!!!!!That's great though.It means the mascara will not come off under extreme conditions.
I'm a mascara girl, I wear it almost everyday. However I had stopped because of how annoying it is to take off! This product has changed the game for me. No cloudy eyes, no stinging, gentle for the most part and a seriously good price. It's hydrating too, I use grande lash and it dries out my eyes but ever since I've used this they aren't so dry.

If you're using a heroine mascara this remover is a must. It works really well, i just have to gently massage it onto my lashes and lash line and the mascara comes right off. I do wash my face with a facial cleanser and water afterward.
Works just like it should. Leave it on for a minute or two and it loosen up hard to remove mascara.
