As a brunette with pink skin undertones, eye pencil with reddish tones looks clownish on me. The problem is MOST pencils in the brown range have a distinct orange tint, so the struggle to find a pencil with ash or grey brown tones is real. This pencil in KHAKI COFFEE is now my holy grail. No red, no orange, no turning green (yes some ash colors turn green!)Just a nice ashy medium brown. LOVE.
I have a very thin and sparse eyebrows. With this pencil I can filn and shape my eyebrows without making them look fake. Maybe you will need to retouch your eyebrows after 4 or 5 hours because aren't long lasting.
Since I started losing my eyebrows I have been searching for the right eyebrow product that won't break the bank. I have tried Too Faced, YBF, Benefit, and IT Cosmetics to name a few. This is by FAR the best I have found and the Khaki Coffee is the perfect cool brown and IS NOT ORANGE, like so many med/light browns I have tried. It's the perfect consistency for me to get my brows on quickly without being too smeary/soft&messy, or too hard and waxy. I use the slanted wider side mostly as I always seem to break the skinny side so you have to be careful but is nice to have for feathering at beginning of eyebrow. It's retractable which is all I will buy as I don't have time for that nonsense of finding a sharpener that will fit. I don't use the included spoolie/angle brush for my brows as I find when I use it ,it just smears or removes what I just put on (as do all of them). I have also never found ANY eyebrow product that lasts or doesn't rub off so I ALWAYS use Model in a Bottle Eyebrow Sealer. 2 brow pencils, correct, NOT ORANGE color, and a spoolie/angle brush for under 10 bucks? EXCELLENT value!
I have tried many eybrow pencils /powders and it is hard to find a cool brown tone even if you are willing to pay a high end price.Lucky for me, I found this and I already purchased it 2x. It is definetly my go to.
The color is a good match for salt and pepper hair.Its dark but not too dark. Easy to apply and I love the two differenttips and the extra brushes
