H2O Proof Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner, Black by Wet 'n' Wild - REVIEW

• My eyes water like crazy, I've tried every "waterproof" eyeliner and this one is by far my favorite because it actually stays put!!!
• I've used this eye liner for YEARS. If your looking for a product that lasts all day, doesn't smudge, water proof..then this is it! I will say it's almost too good because it is sometimes hard to get off. I went camping for 3 days and it stayed on the whole trip. The last day it was a little dull but still looked pretty dam good! It's a felt tip as well so for me it's really easy to apply with compared to other liquid liners!
• Although this product smudges at times and isn't necessarily waterproof, it has longevity. I prefer the Wet and wild over Covergirl and L'oreal. Applying their eyeliners was a hassle and half way through the day the liners were gone from my eyelids. I have a horrible habit of rubbing my eyes.
