it's too bad, Of course you need an applicator for the eyeshadow! but it's not included.
I love this product and have used it for years. I was definitely disappointed to see it arrived in pieces, completely smashed inside. It was mailed in a box with no protection at all.
Good color representation, good coverage, lasting power. This is a true matte. I use it on my brow bone and inner eye.
