Prestige Cosmetics Soft Blend Eye Pencil, Lagoon (Model: SEL-09) - REVIEW

It is a good product, that I hadn't tried beforeI would purchase it again if I can get it in a lighter color.I used to use the plain eye pencil but they don't seem to have it anymore.Still, a good product.
I love Prestige eyeliner pencils - they go on smoothly, with no pressure. The line can be softened or left crisp and they clean nicely. But for some reason I can't find them in the usual stores where I buy cosmetics. Thank you seller for having an inventory.The item was delivered promptly and was exactly what I was looking for.
Glides on with ease - even on old lady lids. Smudges for softness in a flash. This is my second pencil in Havana, grey on the way.
I absolutely Love this color Chamomile (no sparkle which is hard to find). I can use it on my eyebrows and as a natural look and it doesn’t smear, burn or clump up. It’s not too light OR too dark.
