I've been using it for a week. No smudging which I have NEVER EVER been able to say about a mascara.Really smooth application and not a clumper.
I’ve tried soooo many mascaras, but even the best waterproof ones would give me raccoon eyes because I have oily eyelids and cheeks. This mascara I can go to bed in and wake up the next morning with still no smudge.The key is this is a “tube” or polymer mascara. I have tried cheaper tube brands but they would break my lashes when I tried to remove my makeup. Zero smudge does not break my lashes, and on top of that, it gives lovely length, volume, and definition. I hate spending this much on mascara but it lasts a long time and is my miracle product so it’s worth it.
I look down at a keyboard a lot of my day and always look like a raccoon by noon. This mascara does not smudge and stays put all day long. It has a nice lengthening to it too. It’s pricey, but if you are look for 100% smudge proof it is worth the money.
Does everything it claims to do. Comes off easily with water, I did not even need to use soap. Does not smudge and is a rich deep black shade. Would buy again.
I started wearing glasses 10 years ago and had to stop wearing mascara on my bottom lashes, because I couldn't find one that wouldn't smudge during the day. I have literally tried every mascara and all of them smudge.A couple of weeks ago, I read an article somewhere online where Kyra Sedgwick swore by this mascara so I started looking for it.I couldn't find it anywhere in any store, not Ulta, not Sephora, not Belk, not Dillard's, not anywhere. So I ordered it.I've been wearing it every day for a week now and I have yet to see one smudge. I'm so happy! I love the way the applicator brush separates my lashes and the mascara glides on smoothly with no clumps. I couldn't be more pleased!
Never thought I would find a non waterproof mascara that didn’t make me look like a raccoon after a few hours. This one is absolutely non flaking, zero smudge even after 12 hrs of constant wear.Will not buy any other brand after finding this.
Amazing mascara. I understand they have a discontinued this item which brought me to search here on Amazon. This is the only mascara that does not come off on my eyelids. It also gives you a long and separated luck with durable wear.
I love the fact that this mascara is really smudge proof! I have oily skin so my mascaras usually leave traces of itself on my lids. This one is the best at not doing that, but it is definitely hard to remove. I use cream makeup remover because the liquid stuff wasn’t super effective. Even so, I have to use the cream remover, then use one makeup remover wipe per eye, and finish by rinsing with warm water. It’s still not always 100%, but it is a small price to pay for this awesome product!
I have purchased countless mascaras, searching for a formula that looks good and is smudge-proof.I read the reviews for Estee Lauder Double Wear Zero-Smudge Lengthening Mascara and decided to give it a go, cautiously optimistic I put it on and...it is great!This is day three of wearing it all day and no raccoon eyes!And washes off easily.I am so happy!I highly recommend this product!
Estée Lauder Double Wear Zero Smudge - this is the FIRST EVER actual smudge proof mascara that I’ve been lucky enough to come across. I always have mascara under my eyes as the day goes on, and all I’ve ever wore is waterproof. This was a game changer!!
I’ve tried 10+ mascaras that say they don’t smudge, but this one didn’t for me. It’s great that it washed off with soap and water.It gives me long, but not fat lashes with one coat.I’d definitely recommend it to a friend.
I have oily eyelids and my mascara tends to run. I’ve tried every mascara marketed to claim it will not leave me with panda eyes. I wish I’d known about this mascara sooner. Not crazy about the price, but worth it for me. It stays put and elongates my lashes with a neat, non clumpy look. No smudging or flaking and washes off fairly easy
It seems that no matter what kind of mascara I had tried, it would flake off or smear by the end of the day. I looked at sooo many brands. This is truly smudge proof and won't come off until you take it off.
I've been on the hunt for a reliable mascara. I've sampled many "good" brands but somehow I always end up with sad raccon eyes. I have oily skin, oily eye lids, hooded, squinty eyes, watery eyes from allergies, and I work in a greasy restaurant. Wearing black eye makeup has been a hard no for a while and it's honestly been over a year since I've even attempted to put mascara on for work. It won't stay on my lashes, but it'll definitely stay under my eyes for 2 days!Anyway, THIS MASCARA DOESNT BUDGE!!! My eye lashes are kinda short, but in the pic is mascara I put on at 6:30a.m. I worked outside in the heat and humidity until 2p.m. and the only thing I could really call "transfer" is a few tiny, tiny black dots. And theyre definitely not noticeable unless youre looking really close. Plus they brush away! MUCH easier than having to wash black stains off my face in the middle of a shift. I'm truly impressed! I've always loved Estee Lauder; I ONLY use their double wear foundation, and I have for years. Now, I will ONLY be using this mascara. It's a little pricey if you're used to spending 10$ at a time, but I'm telling you it's worth it. I was so scared to put this on at work, but I did and I'm just so genuinely happy. I thought I'd never find something that wouldn't smear!If you're an oil spill like me, try this. Seriously.

I really appreciate this product. Other mascara products leave black smudges under my eyes by day's end - even waterproof versions.This mascara does not. Very pleased.
I've got some reaaaaaaaaaally oily skin, especially my eyes. I have spent upwards of $50 for mascara hoping that it will stand up to my oily eyes especially during allergy season. They've all failed after 6 hours max. This stuff right here! I can put it on at 7:00a, work all day, clean the house, cook dinner, swear my butt off at the gym, and it still looks like it did first thing in the morning. What's even better is that it comes off easily in warm water. Meaning while I'm showering the day off of me, I can just put my face in the water and gently, like pretty much not even, rub a finger across my lash line and boom! off it comes. No soap, no chemical makeup remover, no oil, no nothing but warm water. I do however wish that the applicator was designed with more bristles (?) to separate the lashes better, but that's what those lash combs are for. Love this stuff!
This is the best mascara ever!!!! I don't know why I can't find it in stores no more, it doesn't give you telescopic lashes but it won't smudge ever! I'm lazy sometimes to remove make up but even when I sleep over with the mascara it never gives me racoon eyes the next morning. Seriously, this is the best mascara and you won't find anything like this.
Love that this is smudge proof and waterproof, I don’t have to worry when applying that by afternoon I will look like I have two black eyes:)
I had a problem with my order getting lost in transit and was asked if I wanted to cancel or have it reshipped. I thought, what the hay, why not try another mascara that promises things and can't deliver on that promise, so I said, sure, redeliver. The first day I tried it, I didn't see a bunch of smudges under my eyes.I was amazed. Second day, same thing. Third day, this is no joke. It really does stay. The take off part is a little more difficult but not impossible. Much rather have to rinse more than have raccoon eyes.
I have been looking high and low for a mascara that won't smudge. I have oily lashes and tried- waterproof mascara -did not work. I tried applying primer first and still was getting the racoon eyes mid day. This is truly smudge proof and does not budge. I saw some reviews that it was hard to get off but I use my regular face wash and it comes off with no problem. Totally worth it compared to all of the $$$ I've spent trying different mascaras.
Game changer!!! My bottom eyelashes are like non-existent. They’re so tiny and short but I really like putting mascara on them to emphasize what I can. This is the ONLY mascara I’ll ever use on them! It doesn’t smudge all over my bottom eyelid. Works like a dream for tiny eyelashes
I had a little clumping but that's because I probably used too much. By the end of the day I had some little black specks under my eyes, but I could not believe it- NO racoon eyes!! Nothing has ever worked for me regardless of if it was waterproof, sweat proof, long wearing etc. It's also easy to remove with micellar water.
I have very oily eyelids, every mascara I tried smudged. After working 12 hrs in the ER this mascara didn’t budge. To put it to the ultimate test I wore it during a 24 hr duty and the picture shown is after wearing it for over 24 hrs! No smudging at all. I would typically have raccoon eyes after wearing a mascara this long, I actually stopped wearing bottom mascara completely because of this. So I’m very grateful that I finally can again without worry. I will add this isn’t the best mascara for making your lashes look super voluminous or long. But it works perfectly for not smudging. Also super easy to remove, I just use a reusable cotton round and micellar water, does the trick.
I have the oiliest skin, so no matter what mascara I use (even waterproof) I have raccoon eyes by the end the day. This in the only mascara I have ever used that stays put. It looks exactly the same at the end of the day as when I first put it on in the morning.
I was looking for an old favorite more than mascara. I came across this and bought it. I'm pleased with my purchase. It makes lashes long with a second coat. And it did not smudge.
